Andrew Russell, owner and founder of Ocia Insurance Agency, has been in the mortgage business since 2007 and is also the owner and founder of RCG Mortgage. He is dually licensed as an Insurance Agent and a Loan Officer. He currently resides in Long Island and is the father of two beautiful daughters.
